As coaching becomes increasingly global, coaches are partnering with clients whose cultural values, communication styles, decision-making processes, and definitions of success may differ significantly from their own. Cultural awareness is no longer a "nice-to-have"—it is an essential coaching competency.

In this interactive webinar, participants will explore how culture influences the coaching relationship and discover how cultural intelligence (CQ) can strengthen trust, deepen coaching conversations, and enhance client outcomes. Through practical examples, coaching scenarios, and reflective exercises, coaches will learn to recognize their own cultural lens, avoid common assumptions, and adapt their coaching approach while remaining fully client-centered.

Participants will leave with practical tools to coach more effectively across cultures by asking more culturally inclusive questions, cultivating greater coaching presence, and creating psychologically safe coaching partnerships that honor each client's unique background and perspective.
