What if the Mind is the Wand?
A Presentation inspired by The Mindful Body by Ellen Langer
Mind-Body Unity, Stress, Uncertainty, and Dwelling in Possibility
Inspired by The Mindful Body: Thinking Our Way to Chronic Health by Ellen J. Langer, this talk explores the powerful connection between mindset, stress, and wellbeing. Drawing from both science and lived experience, Meg Nocero reflects on how our thoughts, beliefs, and awareness shape not only how we feel—but how we live.
After a transformative journey from law into a life of purpose, especially through times of uncertainty, this presentation invites participants to reconsider the role of the mind—not as a passive observer, but as an active force in healing, resilience, and possibility. Through the lens of mind-body unity, attendees will discover how mindful awareness can shift stress into strength and open the door to greater flourishing.
