Experience the art and science of masterful coaching with Matthew Cintron-Quinones, MCC, BCC, in a live coaching demonstration guided by the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) Core Competencies. This engaging session offers a unique opportunity to observe master-level coaching in action and gain insights to strengthen your own coaching practice.
Matthew will coach a volunteer while participants observe the session through the lens of the ICF Core Competencies. Following the demonstration, the group will engage in a facilitated discussion, identifying how the competencies were demonstrated in real time, recognizing effective coaching practices, and exploring potential gaps or opportunities for growth.
This session connects to all ICF Core Competencies, helping participants deepen their understanding of the competency framework and translate their observations into practical insights they can apply to their own coaching conversations.
