December is the month when many of us load up our schedules to frantically prepare for and celebrate the year end holidays. During this time, it’s equally important to take the opportunity to slow down and appreciate time with family, friends and colleagues. Lastly, don’t forget to set aside time for yourself to reflect on the past year and what you hope to accomplish in the year ahead.
