As we set forth our mission to empower and enhance our community, the Membership Committee of the ICF South Florida Chapter eagerly extends an invitation to passionate volunteers to join our team! We seek individuals who resonate with our steadfast dedication to realizing our 2024-2028 vision.
At ICF SFL, our vision is clear: "to be the most culturally diverse community embodying and empowering individuals and organizations with the gold standard of coaching." Aligned with this vision, our membership mission directly reflects our commitment to empowering our community through the Membership Committee's unwavering focus on Retention, Expansion, Attraction, C5 Ethos, and Teamwork.
This vision and mission serve as our guiding principles as we endeavor to foster a vibrant and interconnected community.
The Membership Committee is charged with fulfilling this vision by:
• Cultivating a supportive environment that values and retains existing members, fostering lasting connections and professional growth.
• Proactively seeking opportunities to broaden our reach, ensuring inclusivity and diverse representation within our community.
• Creating magnetic experiences that attract new members, showcasing the value and benefits of being part of our thriving coaching community.
• Embracing the C5 ethos [Courageous Coaches Connect Communities Collaboratively], aiming to strengthen the bonds among coaches, fostering collaboration and shared success.
• Nurturing a culture of collaboration, where all member's unique strengths contribute to the collective success of our community.
We are seeking five (5) volunteers who:
• Are passionate about our vision and committed to fostering a vibrant coaching community.
• Bring diverse perspectives and experiences to enrich our discussions and initiatives.
• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness in advancing our membership goals.
• Can dedicate a few hours per month to committee activities.
