Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

January is a month rich with opportunities to recognize and celebrate diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Important observances from various cultures, such as World Braille Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and Lunar New Year, mark this month. These occasions remind us to embrace diverse perspectives, honoring cultural heritage, and promoting unity within our communities. As coaches, we can leverage these moments to enhance our understanding, engage in meaningful conversations, and exemplify inclusivity in both our practices and lives. Let’s kick off the year by committing to honor the beautiful tapestry of humanity.

ADHD is Awesome
