Special Interest Group: PCC Markers
The third Monday of every month starting October 19, 2020
Join us and learn from Joanna Davis, an MCC and certified ICF assessor about PCC Markers. PCC Markers
are the indicators that an ICF credentialed assessor uses to
listen for
to
determine
which ICF Core Competencies are in evidence in a recorded coaching conversation. The following markers are the behaviors that should be exhibited in a coaching conversation at the Professional Certified Coach (
PCC
) level.
Whether you are seeking credentialing for the first time for ACC or PCC, or you want to improve your competence in the art and science of coaching, this
SIG
was created for you. Limited to 20 participants.
Key takeaways:
Explore the key elements of each of the ICF eight coaching competencies.
Identify the specific coaching activities related to each competency.
Assess your strengths and opportunity to master the ICF coaching competencies.
Apply new coaching skills and techniques to your personal coaching practice.
