Dr. Stefanie K Johnson will examine some of the challenges and opportunities for businesses to create more diverse and inclusive environments following the Black Lives Matter movement and the Coronavirus pandemic. Finally, she will explore the issue of performative versus authentic diversity and inclusion efforts to identify what works and what is just for show.
