Join Joanna Davis for a daily discussion on the ICF Core Competencies.

Day 1 - Competency 1 - Demonstrating Ethical Practice. Join the conversation as we talk through the importance and relevance of the ICF Code of Ethics and remaining in the role of coach.
Day 2 - Competency 2 - Embodies a Coaching Mindset. An interactive conversation on what it means to embody a coaching mindset and the PCC Markers that specifically support this competency.
Day 3 - Competency 3 - Establishes and Maintains Agreements. An interactive walk through the importance and impact of setting up the coaching agreement in each and every coaching session.
Day 4 - Competency 6 - Listens Actively. Join us for a lively conversation around what it means to listen and the competencies that help us understand what to listen for in the coaching conversation.
Day 5 - Competency 8 - Facilitates Client Growth. At what point in the coaching conversation can we facilitate client growth? This and other exciting questions will be raised and answered in this interactive conversation around the ICF's 8th competency.

Each session is approved for 1.0 CCEU in the Core Competency area.
