During life transitions, we often feel lost because the things that used to define us no longer apply, leaving us adrift in uncertainty, as we navigate the space between who we were and who we are becoming.
In this webinar we will introduce a tool to help your client define themselves again and reconnect with their various parts, helping them navigate this transformative period with greater clarity and confidence.
Nada Haddad
She spent 15 years working in the hospitality business before becoming an entrepreneur, channeling all her energy and drive into her own restaurant. When she decided to close her restaurant––a major tipping point for her and time of deep introspection––she knew she had to find a new sense of purpose. Her husband, 2 daughters and her live an expatriate life and move every 3 to 4 years to new countries.
She has become fluent in the language of transition. Of what it means to reinvent ourself without losing who we are in the process, and what it takes to keep moving forward, even when we feel overwhelmed, under-appreciated, stressed, and stuck. Aligned with her own experience, passions and abilities, coaching has allowed her to help others make sense of the uncertainties that come with change.
She received her ICF certified coach training from CTA (Coach Training Alliance) and hold certifications in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) & Time Line Therapy™ and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and an active Volunteer and Project leader for the ICFSFL Outreach committee & DEIB Committee.
Valeska Martins
Valeska’s methodology artfully blends psychodynamic depth with the rigor of positive psychology and systems thinking. Her immersive Design Your Life approach empowers each client to architect their most fulfilling personal and professional path.
In addition to her executive portfolio, Valeska facilitates culture change and high-performance team building within family enterprises and multifaceted organizations. Rooted in her own diverse cultural exposure, Valeska prides herself in guiding leaders to expand their global mindset and sustainable influence. She received Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Clinical Psychology in Brazil, and a Masters from the Tavistock Institute London (UK) focused on Consultation for Organizations & Groups with Psychodynamic and Systemic approaches.
Valeska currently serves as the President-Elect for ICF South Florida having previously spearheaded the chapter’s Outreach Committee. Her passion is unlocking world-changing potential by advancing the coaching profession on the global stage.
Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Valeska works with clients worldwide.
