Creating a compelling vision for our lives is critical for achieving success and living a fulfilling life. Dr. Laura Aziz use a model made of six pillars to help her clients create a compelling vision, starting with clarity of goals and purpose, developing abilities to actualize the goals, validating the vision, communicating and influencing others to support the vision, acting and executing on the vision, and revitalizing and renewing the vision to grow, adapt, and transform over time and continue to thrive in an ever changing world. Having a vision for our lives and career is a big predictor of success, enabling us to live a life by design not by default, avoiding drifting and derailing. Making decisions and taking actions to implement and execute the vision to enable forward movement towards the goals. With a sound strategy that embraces lifelong learning, adapting to change, sharing knowledge, communicating effectively, and renewing our minds regularly, we can ensure the viability of our vision, accomplishment of our goals, and leaving a legacy.
Dr. Laura Aziz
Dr. Laura Aziz is an executive coach and management consultant with deep experience in digital transformation, strategic planning, program, portfolio management, and change management. She has a PhD in Public Health, and a Master's degree in Education. She is a Professional Certified Coach, PCC, with about 2000 hours of coaching. Dr. Laura Aziz has worked with many executives over the years, in the US and abroad, to build and mentor teams and help them achieve their goals. Engagements focused on strategic planning, leadership development, team building, facilitation, problem-solving, and achieving success. Laura is also a career coach who works with high potential professionals in leadership roles, to help them identify gaps in their skills and experiences, coach them to close these gaps and expand their options, create a brand and raise their visibility, build strong relationships, and pursue their dreams.
