Mesha-Gay, is an ICF accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified Professional Coach through the University of Miami. With over 15 years of experience across various industries, Mesha-Gay brings her practice to leaders in the Non-Profit, Education, Healthcare, Transportation Services, and Insurance industries. In alignment with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she believes everyone is created whole, resourceful and creative. With her unflinching yet vivacious spirit, she partners with and draws wisdom out of her clients.
A leader herself, Mesha-Gay is a champion of leadership. She has served as a Board Member for the ICF South Florida Charter Chapter for four years. Mesha-Gay believes in collaboration over competition and power with people versus power over people.
