Our ICW 2024 was an amazing success.  We truly lived up to the theme "Unlock Your Potential" and experienced an incredible journey together!
 
During ICW 2024 virtual program we featured topics from both novice and experienced speakers from diverse and relatable backgrounds that offered learning and growth opportunities for coaches and non-coach community members alike. We embraced three main presentation categories: All Things Coaching, Communication and Collaboration, and Fun and Flow.

The Results:
·         4-day virtual event
·         41 presentations (39 English; 2 Spanish)
·         36 speakers
·         1,326 total registrants
·         906 cumulative attendance

Thank you to all coaches, speakers, hosts, attendees, community members and staff who came together to make this week a powerful learning experience! The volunteers' participation and contribution, within and outside our chapter, were truly inspiring.
 
Special thanks to the incredibly talented, resourceful, supportive, dedicated, and present strategy and planning Outreach Committee team: Gaston Betoled, Olena Federchenko, and Anne Solomons.

Beyond all these wonderful individuals, Mayra Arrigazzi and Patricia Merritt spearheaded the ICFSFL participation in the 2nd Annual Coaching Coast to Coast initiative!

We felt fully supported by prior and current board members, chapter members, and the ICFSFL community we’ve established!
 
We're grateful to all who contributed to this journey with and for our community and celebrate your efforts and presence in bringing events like this to fruition.
