Svea van der Hoorn has extensive experience and expertise in activity-based experiential learning. She has a keen interest in nuances, creativity and how to connect the map / theory with the territory / practice. She enjoys creating learning spaces where coaches can reflect on, explore and refine the coherence between their walk as ICF credential holders, their marketing talk, and public domain perceptions of ICF coaching. When it comes to her acronyms - ICF MCC, EMCC EIA-SP and ESIA; D.Ed Ed Psych - adult learning. Accomplishments: author, highly commended award for coaching supervision EMCC 2023, mentor coach walking the MCC re-submission journey with applicants by combining compassion and rigour; committed to keeping ingenuity alive in the landscape of compliance.
