A deeper dive in understanding and using the “11 Double Credit PCC Markers”

ICF Competencies & PCC Markers to be covered:
Competency 2: Embodies a Coaching Mindset
     Specifically, the PCC Markers: 4.1, 4.3, 4.4, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 6.1, 6.5, 7.1 and 7.5.
 Learning Objectives:

  1. Discussion to better understand and use each of the 11 PCC Markers called out in Competency 2: Embodies a Coaching Mindset
  2. Provide an understanding of why these 11 PCC Markers count as “Double Credit”.
  3. Provide sample statements of what a coaching client might share, and then elicit from the participants – thru the interactive Comment/Q&A meeting feature - what would and what would not indicate acceptable evidence for that particular Marker at the PCC Level . . . and why it would be or would not be evidence.

About the Speaker: Peter J. Reding, MCC
