BACKGROUND AND PROFESSIONALEXPERIENCE
Irene is one of three master coaches in Africa (outside of South Africa) who holds a MCC credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has played a key role in Leadership development and coaching in Africa working with leading organizations and clients across the globe.
Irene is very passionate about developing great leaders for the African continent who can take their place at the global table. Having worked in Strathmore Business School for over 13 years, Irene got vast insights on the leadership challenges facing managers, executives and board members in Africa.
She now runs a coaching consultancy, THE COACHING HUB with a fully accredited coach training program that certifies executive coaches under The International Coaching Federation (ICF). Irene also facilitates several leadership training programs.
Irene has over 5000 coaching hours working with leaders and emerging leaders from over 17 countries globally.
