Stop Playing Small and Step Into the Wealth Worthy Zone
In this engaging workshop, participants will address the fears and self-doubt that often prevent coaches from building the financially successful businesses they desire. Many coaches play small, held back by fear of rejection or self-doubt, which makes it challenging to confidently ask for what they’re worth.

Using Gay Hendricks' Zone of Genius framework, attendees will explore how operating outside their genius leads to inconsistent results. They’ll gain awareness of how fear and doubt impact their actions, allowing them to refocus on creating abundance. By the end of this 90-minute session, participants will know how to embrace their genius and step into the wealth worthy zone with confidence and clarity.

Aligned with ICF Core Competencies, this session focuses on Embodies a Coaching Mindset by developing awareness of internal barriers and Facilitates Client Growth through the creation of personalized strategies for building a successful business.

Learning Objectives:

1. Identify Your Zone of Genius: Participants will learn the core concept of the Zone of Genius and how working from this space transforms their confidence and outcomes.
2. Develop Awareness of Fear and Self-Doubt: The workshop will help participants recognize how fear and self-doubt affect their actions and decision-making, allowing them to shift focus toward wealth-building activities, aligning with ICF Core Competency 2: Embodies a Coaching Mindset.
3. Establish an Action Plan: Each attendee will create a personalized action plan to shift from playing small to operating in their Zone of Genius, enabling them to consistently attract clients and get paid what they’re worth, in alignment with ICF Core Competency 7: Facilitates Client Growth.
4. Master the Art of Asking for What You’re Worth: Participants will gain the confidence to have value-based conversations about pricing, enabling them to communicate their worth clearly and ask for what they deserve with ease.
5. Create Consistency in Action: Attendees will explore how operating from their Zone of Genius helps them maintain consistent business activities, leading to client attraction, financial success, and long-term growth.

Sophia Casey is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is the Founder and Chief Empowerment Officer (CEO) of the global coaching certification organization, ICLI RISING (International Coaching & Leadership Institute Rising).
