Gaston Betoled is an Executive Coach, Trainer and Organizational Consultant who aspires to help leaders, teams, and organizations identify current challenges and opportunities, create possibilities of a brighter future, and make the necessary changes and improvements to achieve their goals, in a sustainable, ethical, and human-centered way, to thrive at what they love doing.
 
Gaston loves learning, solve complex challenges, and help others achieve their full potential. With 28+ years in global organizations, he offers a broad and distinctive blend of business acumen, leadership, and organizational design expertise.
 
His professional journey encompassed roles in Sales, Project Management, Category Management, Market Research, and Strategy, moving later on to the People area, spearheading learning and development, performance management, coaching, and cultural change and DEI initiatives, and fully embracing more recently.
 
As VP of Outreach for 2025 he aims to support the ICFSFL strategy by maintaining and launching initiatives that increase awareness and showcase the impact and value of coaching for individuals and organizations in our communities, creating opportunities for our members to volunteer and get involved to grow professionally and personally.
