About the Speaker: Jaya Bhateja, MCC

professionals create a career or team that brings altruism, passion, and profitability together. She has over 20 years of experience in coaching and mentoring corporate leaders and coaches. She is awarded as a Master Certified Coach (MCC)by International Coaching Federation.
She aims to empower as many professionals as possible to lead a holistic career and life.
She is passionate about coaching education and leadership development. She has been the recipient of two imminent awards such as a Young Leader Award by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2019 and as a India Coaching Excellence Guru Award by (ICF Delhi) in 2023. She has been an official member of the Forbes Coaches Council since 2021. By education she is a computer science and human resources management graduate, which enriches her perspective holistically on the challenges and opportunities in the digital era.
